You Need These Protein Shakes In Your Life!

Everyone knows after a good workout, comes a good protein shake.

And as I mentioned in "The Love Of Proteins,"  I was so afraid to use protein powder because I thought I was going to get huge. But later down the line, I learned that that wouldn't be the case. Along with this Protein Shake Day, I would like to share with you the Protein Powders I have used over the time, and the protein shakes I have enjoyed making.

For a while, I was using GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ Power - French Vanilla. This powder was pretty decent, it tastes great, and it was very effective for gaining muscle. It gave me the results I needed over the course of 6 months that I used it. I stopped using it because it gave me cramps, and made me very bloated after consuming it.

So I switched ...

Next, I tried Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey™ - French Vanilla Creme my signature powder. It is a really great product, and it tastes great as well. Also, my chest grew more prominent, and my arms were plush. It is not thick, and fruit goes great with it. My stomach responded well to this powder, and my body did as well. I was using this product back in 2015, then from there, I grew the urge to want to start investing in Plant-Based products. So I made my last and final switch.

Finally, I switched my powder signature powder to GNC PUREDGE™ COMPLETE VEGAN PROTEIN - Natural Vanilla.

The reason for the switch, as I previously stated. I wanted to be a new earth and make it a habit to intake only plant-based and organic products. It was becoming more critical for me to live a green lifestyle, so I started doing just that. However, this powder is pretty thick, and I choose not to add fruit to it. I have been using this powder ever since, and I enjoy it.

As for as my shakes, I have a ton of different fruits and veggies, mixing and matching. Giving my different body nutrients, and they are all easy to make.

Get yourself a good blender and try out these five WardBody inspired Shakes.
