Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE COFFEE.
When I first started working out, before the supplements like the pre works and the protein powders. I use to drink just black coffee before my workouts, during my workout, and sometimes after (addiction right?).
Coffee is a great Pre-Workout within itself. A small cup of black coffee before your session will give you the energy and boost you need to #GETSHITDONE. Before I did my research to see if drinking coffee before the gym was "Good for you". I was just winging it, drinking coffee before my session. I was going off of how I felt and I felt pretty great. Aside from the little stomach cramping here and there *emojis side-eye*
